Cooling Systems

This is our stand-alone cooling station with integrated pump, active radiator, as well as a 9l reservoir tank, temperature sensor, flow sensor, temperature display, as well as electrical and acustic fault output for our spindles with nominal power of up to 5.0 kW at ambient temperature < 30°C.
The system gives an alarm signal when the flow rate is too low or no water flow at all. This signal is a beeper for acoustic warning as well as an integrated relay contact which can send the signal to the controller.
The cooling station is equipped with standard Festo-8 hose connectors matching to our spindles. Power supply is done via rubber connector 230V~ 50Hz and fused power switch.
